The beginning

We're Tomas and Martin, founders of Liva. A nutrition specialist who formulated many well-known supplements and a former tech executive turned product builder.

We often shared our frustrations over frequent headaches and lack of energy or focus. Nothing worked despite drinking lots of water and leading active lifestyles. Without knowing it, we were secretly dehydrated and lacking electrolytes.

Speaking with others, it became clear that we weren't the only ones struggling.
